Cancellation Rules

We understand plans change, but since we serve fresh food, our windows are tight.

You can cancel ONLY if:

  • Within 60 Seconds of placing the order.
  • -- OR --
  • Before the order status changes to "Preparing".

*Whichever condition happens earlier.

Refund Eligibility

No Refunds After Prep Starts

Once the kitchen begins preparing your food (Mixing/Sprouting), the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Quality Issues

If the food is delivered in a damaged condition or items are missing, please contact support within 15 minutes of delivery for a partial or full refund.
